Sustainable tours for Hong Kong. We go everywhere to find the best sustainable practice, including far flung places such as Lai Chi Wo which are accessible only by boat. Furthermore We do the Lantau trail up to the phoenix peak so as to illustrate the green zone of Hong Kong. We will also on Lantau go see traditional farms that remain and the water buffalo that live on the island habitat. The mangrove forests are also of concern in the northern part of Hong Kong and little visited Islands showcase a scene stopped in time. Scenes of Heritage few in Hong Kong knew we had.

Whilst we are new on the block we offer some of the most comprehensive eco trekking and discovery opportunities to be had in the lush country parks, mangrove forests, conservation zones, in the sea and in the air.

Stryker Coffee Corporation Limited
Stryker aims to produce and invest in growing some of the best coffee there is out there. Including rare blends and presenting to Hong Kong unique labels that are not usually seen in the market. We are happy to be able to procure organic and fair coffee in a world where conserving doesn’t just mean the trees, it means every single plant and animal affected by modern agricultural practices.
Through Stryker coffee corporation we hope to serve Hong Kong a cup of coffee that means more than just the beans but also the humanity behind the cup. The provenance of the beans will be listed on a card and individuals who grew the beans will be able to benefit from our company partnership.
We hope to work with the community to promote food education. Learning about food and the origins of coffee can help us to appreciate and approach coffee from a totally different perspective. One of cherishing nourishment rather than gulping down a cup.

Building livelihoods rooted in the land
Conservation without community is colonialism. We believe that the people who have lived alongside an ecosystem for generations are its most effective stewards — and that sustainable livelihoods are the foundation of lasting protection.
Our Community Programs support local and Indigenous communities to develop sustainable enterprises, access conservation funding, and participate meaningfully in land governance decisions that affect their homes.
We currently work with 38 communities across our active regions, providing training, legal support, and direct funding to community-led conservation projects.

Measuring what matters, over time
Effective conservation requires rigorous, long-term data. Our Research & Monitoring initiative deploys field scientists, remote sensing technology, and community-based monitoring networks to track ecosystem health across all our active sites.
We publish our findings openly, contribute to global biodiversity databases, and use our data to inform policy advocacy at national and international levels.
Our monitoring network now covers over 80 sites across 11 countries, generating one of the most comprehensive long-term datasets on old-growth forest recovery in the world.
